Diamond grinding opens the concrete pores for maximum adhesion. We repair cracks and spalling, apply a moisture-vapor barrier, and profile the floor to the exact standard required by your chosen system.

Most residential garages take 1-2 days. Day 1 is surface prep and base coat. Day 2 is the topcoat application. Larger spaces or commercial jobs may take 3-4 days. We give you an exact timeline during the free on-site estimate so there are no surprises.
Walk-ready in 24 hours. Drive-ready in 72 hours. We use commercial-grade polyaspartic topcoat which cures significantly faster than standard epoxy, so you're not locked out of your garage for a week like with cheaper products.
This is the number one failure point of big-box store epoxy kits. Our system uses a polyaspartic topcoat specifically rated to resist hot tire pickup. Standard one-part epoxy paint will delaminate under hot tires within a year or two. Ours won't. Ever.
Big-box kits are a one-part paint product, not true epoxy. They skip diamond grinding (the most critical step), use thinner materials, and typically last 1-3 years before peeling or yellowing. Our system starts with professional surface prep, uses a commercial two-part epoxy base, and finishes with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. Same concrete, completely different result.
Yes. Our topcoat is chemically resistant to oil, gasoline, brake fluid, and most common shop chemicals. Spills wipe clean without staining. The same system is used in auto shops and commercial kitchens for exactly this reason.
Yes, the floor needs to be completely clear before we start. We can help move lighter items on the day of, but large shelving units, workbenches, and heavy equipment need to be out before our crew arrives. We'll remind you when we schedule.
Always. Crack repair, joint filling, and surface profiling are non-negotiable parts of our prep process. Any contractor who skips this step is selling you a floor that will fail. We've built our reputation on doing it right the first time.
Peeling, delamination, bubbling, and coating failure due to workmanship or materials. Normal wear and physical damage from heavy impacts aren't covered, but we've never had a warranty claim on a properly prepped install. Your warranty paperwork is delivered the same day as your job.
